I moved from a busy career in corporate pharmaceutical medicine to become a certified mindfulness and positive psychology teach and Yoga Nidra Teacher. Why? Because I have been where you are now...Â

I felt that life was passing me by, something that was further compounded by a life-altering health scare. Â I knew I wasnât living aligned to my values, but I didnât know things could change.
I constantly felt like I was doing everything, but nothing was good enough.
When I discovered self-compassion and mindfulness my world changed.
I realised that I could be kind to myself and still achieve, still have ambition.

Implementing mindful living little by little into my daily life made me calmer and more resilient.
By combining mindfulness with positive psychology tools, I stepped into my authentic self and curated my bespoke version of a mindful life.
Becoming more present in my day to day allowed me appreciate the good in my life whilst observing areas that did not light me up.
This allowed me take mindful action to follow my passion.
My purpose now is to help other women compassionately implement awareness practices and make mindset shifts to allow them to live a life aligned with their values, whilst coping with the stress of modern life.
I now coach women 1:1 and in small groups to find inner peace by stepping into their authentic selves, all whilst living my mindful life driven by my values of family, learning, wellness and joy.
